Letter from our Camp Director
Hello Parents/Guardians, Pastors, and Youth Leaders!
WE ARE ALIVE! We are so excited to announce that BAAYF 2026 registration is live!
We have seen a lot of growth over the past few years, we’ve quite literally doubled in size. The extra campers - and extra counselors and staff - have injected joy and a vibrant energy to our summers; but most importantly, we have seen students realize the incredible love of God that moves them to turn from sin and turn to life in Christ Jesus!
We will always be missional, it’s at the core of our churches and our faith! We recognize that at the heart of God’s call and mission is growing spiritually. Christ commissions us to make disciples! (Matthew 28:19) Our desire is not to grow numbers - although that might be encouraging to see that more and more people want to be a part of BAAYF - we desire to raise disciples and to partner with local churches to encourage and build them up!
This year, we are pleased to announce that our camp theme is Rooted, which comes from Colossians 2:6-7: “So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to walk in him, being rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing with gratitude.” We want to learn how important it is to have Christ as our foundation (1 Corinthians 3:11) and cornerstone (Isaiah 28:16). What does it mean to walk in him, to be rooted and built up in him? Why do we abound in thanksgiving? We hope you join us as we ponder and answer these important questions! We are excited to have partnered with many local church youth pastors and directors this year to best serve the amazing local churches that make up our BAAYF network!
Please do not hesitate to jump in together with us so that we can support you and each other! Below you will find all the information you need to register for camp.

DATES: July 26 - July 31, 2026
LOCATION: Alliance Redwoods Conference Campgrounds (6250 Bohemian Highway, Occidental, CA)
AGES: All students who have completed 6th through 12th grades
RATES: $670 (by March 23rd), $700 (by June 30th), $730 (after June 30th)
How to Register:
1. Completed Online registration form
2. Download the Medical and liability release form below. Deliver this form and check made payable to YOUR CHURCH.
**50% refunds will be given only for medical reasons with a doctor’s letter**
Note to individual students: If your church is NOT coming, make a check out to BAAYF and send it with the registration form to the address below.
Note to church coordinators: Please send ONE CHURCH CHECK made payable to BAAYF with all collected forms to: Carrie Chan, 1805 Branbury Court, Petaluma, CA 94954
